Here Comes Something Ugly

How does Silicon Valley play both sides of the political aisle? Who are the key companies trying to control what we can say, and where we can communicate, and whether our social credit score will allow us access to currency? Who will release the currency — national governments, public-connected banks or private corporate entities?

Here, Whitney Webb gives us a quick rundown of the key players, how they are connected, which have government and intelligence contracts, which might bring down the boot on our freedom of speech, press, religion or assembly.

This is a deep web of entities, but the power they seek isn’t hard to understand. Nor the risks they pose for us all. Here’s more from Whitney’s Fan Club.

Can AI Lying Be Corraled?

Sam Altman on God, Elon Musk, the trajectory of AI and the mysterious death of his former employee.

Altman is one of the leading figures in the boom of AI. As the chief executive officer of OpenAI, he spearheaded the introduction of ChatGPT in 2022.

Here’s more from Tucker Carlson.

Project Stargate

The Stargate Project is an American artificial intelligence (AI) joint venture created by OpenAI, SoftBank, Oracle and the investment firm MGX. The venture plans on investing up to $500 billion in AI infrastructure in the United States by 2029. President Donald Trump formally announced the project last week on January 21.

Here, Really Graceful gets into nitty-gritty details we’re not being told about this new venture.  And, as we all know, the devil usually is the details!

Why AI Engineer Was Killed?

Suchir Balaji worked as an engineer for Sam Altman building AI, until he decided that Altman was committing crimes. Balaji became a whistleblower, and soon after was found dead in his apartment.

California authorities claim it was suicide. Crime scene photos clearly show a murder.

Balaji’s mother, Poornima Ramarao, tells the most shocking story we’ve heard in a long time. Here’s more from Tucker Carlson.

Free Money For All!

John Stossel reports that “Universal Basic Income (UBI)” is trendy, but studies show that it makes people work and save less.

Stossel says Conrad Shaw, vice-president of the Income to Support All Foundation, believes UBI will help people start new businesses and invest in home improvements. But a study backed by Sam Altman, creator of ChatGPT, tested that theory out. They handed 1,000 people, $1,000 for three years.

Some of the recipients did make good financial decisions, but overall, the group ended up a little deeper in debt and had a lower net worth! But even after this study, UBI proponents still believe a UBI is a good idea. More with Stossel.

Q And The AI Singularity

Zach Vorhies, the Google whistleblower, joins me to discuss the recently announced advances in AI, Q* from OpenAI & Q from Amazon, to speculate on their deeper meanings for society. Here’s more from RedPill78.

(EDITOR’S NOTE: As if on cue, Vorhies’ Blast Video website vanished Thursday afternoon, perhaps the latest target of Joe Biden and his censor-pushing federal agencies. The site resurfaced later Thursday night. No word yet on what happened.)
