Will Target Ever Recover?

Target, one of the companies pushing the woke agenda, is discovering there’s a huge price to pay for that madness. The company’s stock  has dropped in half with few signs that the collapse has ended.

“Wokeness” is cited as one of the primary reasons for the decline in profitability and the rising instability that now surrounds Target. It was founded in 1962, although it’s an outgrowth of a dry goods company going back to 1902. Here’s more from The Quartering.

Disney Reeling After Layoffs

Woke companies are taking it on the chin. The Walt Disney Company has laid off hundreds of employees, and is flashing increasing signs that it will move to streamline ABC, including quite possibly eliminating Whoopi Goldberg as a host on “The View.” Meanwhile,  Target is backing off as a major sponsor for Pride events.

This comes as Democrats are seeing deteriorating pool numbers from a public fed up with the leftist agenda. To add salt to the wounds, President Donald Trump is ordering new investigations into the Joe Biden administration’s abusive use of the autopen to grease the skids for paid political pardons. MSNBC On The Chopping Block

Trish Regan predicted this would happen! News today that NBC Universal will be spun off as a separate company. MSNBC’s days really are numbered, along with CNBC and OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network. (And you wonder why Joe & Mika made the desperate visit to Mar-a-Lago over the weekend? The spin-off of their network was inevitable!)

Trish Regan has inside intel on what the deal means not only for these networks but the industry as a whole. Disney, she predicts, will be next with ABC News. It really is the end of an era!

Plus, Jaguar channels Bud Light in new ad campaign. Do they learn nothing from their predecessors? Target ought to serve as an example as well. It still hasn’t recovered from its debacle with the “tuckit” swimsuit. Shares are off some 30% in today’s trading as a result!

Here’s another look at the MSNBC debacle. Mark Dice says NBC no longer views “cross-pollination” with MSNBC as a positive attribute. Meanwhile, CNN’s analysts still have no clue why males turned away from the Democratic Party. Could it be a reflection of the Democrats running the most annoying — and stupid –feminist ever for President of the United States?

Target Pride Messages Leaked

Glenn Beck reveals leaked internal messages between the members of Target’s “Pride + Business Council” that took place during last year’s boycott. Target went off the rails last Pride Month and offered “tuck-friendly” bathing suits, chest binders, and transgender-themed merchandise for children. Americans responded with a boycott that sent Target running back into the closet.

Thanks to an employee from Target corporate, who wished to stay anonymous, Glenn exposes for the first time ever the radical response of Target employees, including a witch hunt that ensued when certain employees defended Target’s rollback of controversial LGBTQ+ merchandise as a reasonable business move.

In the end, Target leadership received a list of demands from employees that included a call for Target to bring back the merchandise that started the controversy in the first place. Despite the internal pressure, Target toned down its Pride collection this year. Should reasonable Americans take the win, or is there yet another battle for the culture just around the corner?

Target Sales Suffer Steep Decline

Target has reported a big loss in revenue accompanied by a big drop in customer visits, and it’s not even because of a trans boycott. The U.S. economy is quite simply showing signs of a deep decline.

Are we talking about a short-lived recession or a deeper depression? It remains to be seen just how far the collapse will take us, and exactly how much damage the incompetent Joe Biden has done.  Here’s more from The Atlantis Report.

Michelle Obama’s Secret Mission

Michelle Obama embarked on a “secret mission” over the weekend, signing a few of the copies of her autobiographical book The Light We Carry: Overcoming In Uncertain Times. She carried out the mission at a Target store in St. Louis, Mo.

Is she trying to spur a rush on book sales, so she can prosper financially? Or is this “secret mission” the first salvo in going public and trying to connect with the public?

And speaking of Mr. Snerdley Whiplash, perhaps a few of you caught Biden sneaking off last week to a Sheetz Convenience Store after speaking before a rally of union workers at the United Steelworkers headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pa. Apparently, Joe has seen the throngs of citizens clamoring to salute and cheer on Donald Trump when he stops at a restaurant or local grocery on the campaign trial.

One problem? No one gave a shit when Biden showed up. Not a single kid or housewife or everyday working man wanted to have their picture taken with him, or cheer him on, or even demurely shake his hand.
