We Can Put Anyone In Jail

A story went viral this week that absolutely proves what we’ve all known. The CIA/FBI federal blob can put anyone in jail, if they have a mind to do it.

Let’s look at how they’re cancelling conservatives, plus the vote to re-authorize the FISA spying on Americans. Here’s more from Lori Colley.

Here is another video that outlines how the FBI has inappropriately used FISA as a tool to engage in thousands upon thousands of illegal investigations into Americans, most of them Republicans and Christians.

Contrary to the assertions of FBI Director Christopher Wray, the agency routinely violates the U.S. Constitution and our Bill of Rights. Kash Patel, a former senior advisor to the Director of National Intelligence, explains the discrepancies in an interview with Steve Bannon on The War Room.

Sadow Appeals Georgia Ruling

Former President Donald Trump’s appeals in New York have been denied and Judge Juan Merchan is racing to a hard trial date, now releasing instructions on jury selection to the parties in the Alvin Bragg prosecution. Inside, Merchan wants to know if any jurors have affiliations with right-wing groups, like the Oath Keepers or the Proud Boys, to presumably remove them from the jury panel.

Trump’s defense continues to fight for access to Stormy Daniel’s documentary footage, filing a pre-motion letter seeking to enforce a previously issued subpoena against Bragg’s star witness.

Trump’s attorney Steve Sadow moved to appeal Georgia Judge Scott McAfee’s denial of First Amendment protections, seeking permission from the court to obtain an Appellate review of the defense motion to dismiss. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

In Georgia, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis could be facing felony charges. Trump co-defendant  Harrison Floyd claims that Willis’ office illegally recorded a phone call with his attorney in an unrelated criminal case in Maryland.

Floyd says that Willis and her office may have violated the Maryland Wiretapping Act, which requires both parties to agree to be recorded during all in-person or telephone communication. Here’s more from the Next News Network.

Trump Rejects TikTok Ban

The Biden administration keeps pushing to ban TikTok, the most popular social media platform used by the young. But former President Donald Trump has now taken a stand rejecting this move.

Naturally, the CIA , FBI and the rest of the intelligence goons are siding with the mainstream censors. Here’s more from Glenn Greenwald.

Conduct Unbecoming

The “Right Angle” trio of Bill Whittle, Scott Ott and Stephen Green tackle the oft-challenged topic of First Amendment rights, featuring the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse chancellor’s right to produce pornographic video with his wife in the privacy of their own home.

It turns out the university’s board of directors caught wind of Chancellor Joe Gow’s side gig and fired him! Says Ott, “Are you a First Amendment absolutist? How about the right of a chancellor at a major university to make pornography in his spare time?” Ott, Whittle and Green discuss which side has the moral high ground.

Trump Appeals Chutkan Gag

Trump has appealed Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order to the full D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing the initial panel was mistaken in their ruling upholding portions of the gag. Citing free speech, the First Amendment and an ongoing political campaign, Trump’s defense asks the court to stay Chutkan’s original order.

CNN confirms Jack Smith wants Trump convicted before the 2024 election, as we’ve long known. To accomplish this, Jack Smith’s prosecutors continue to send discovery notices to Trump’s defense despite the case being officially on pause while on appeal — and Trump’s lawyers are not happy with the continued prosecution.

Hunter Biden was hidden from flight logs when he returned to the White House after defying a Congressional subpoena. Is Hunter above the law? @WesternLensman created a montage of Democrats encouraging prosecution for subpoena-deniers and Jen Psaki weighs in and on how Hunter’s antics are being received by the White House. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court justices from the drugged-out state of Colorado voted four to three to bar former President Donald Trump’s name from appearing on the Colorado’s Republicans primary ballot in 2024.

The four “justices” who voted to bar Trump were William Hood III, Monica Marquez, Richard Gabriel and Melissa Hart. She’s the granddaughter of Archibald Cox, who served as a Watergate prosecutor. We’ll have more to say about these leftist cretins over the days and weeks ahead.

Given the circumstances, the U.S. Supreme Court should strike down this unconstitutional ruling —  a gross abuse of the 14th Amendment. In the meantime, drugs should also be banned once again in Colorado, so perhaps the state’s daffy Democrats might become just a tad bit more clear-headed. Here’s more from Sebastian Gorka.

Presidential Immunity Denied

Judge  Tanya Chutkan issued a 48-page memo, denying Trump’s motion to dismiss the January 6th prosecution based on his claims of presidential immunity. She found that Trump does not get a “get-out-of-jail-free” pass simply because he was the President.

Trump’s defense filed a new appeal to New York’s highest court challenging Judge Arthur Engoron’s gag order over the Former President and his team. Appealing from an adverse ruling at the Appellate Court, Trump’s team continues to argue that Trump is entitled to the protections afforded under the First Amendment when commenting on the New York Court proceedings against him.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals authorized civil lawsuits against Trump to proceed with further litigation. Finding in favor of the plaintiffs suing Trump, the Court found that Trump’s actions on the 6th might have been unofficial and outside the scope of Presidential duties, thereby removing him from the protections of Presidential Immunity. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Engoron’s Law Clerk Busted

New footage shows Judge Arthur Engoron’s Principal Law Clerk Allison Greenfield attended more anti-Trump rallies and colluded with more anti-Trump Democrats than was previously known. In a report via @JudicialProtest, the Judge’s GF is heard supporting anti-Trump prosecutor Alvin Bragg and attending a pro-Biden rally during her campaign for political office.

Now, Judge Engoron’s GreenField is taking part in the Trump case, including advising the Judge on critical decisions involving the Former President. Trump’s attorneys, meanwhile, continue to press their gag order appeal in the New York Court of Appeals.

Trump’s defense attorneys submitted their final reply in their motion to dismiss the January 6th prosecution in Judge Tanya Chutkan’s D.C. Courtroom. Arguing the First Amendment, Trump’s lawyers say Jack Smith’s prosecutors have failed to allege any criminal conduct that is not protected by the Constitution.

Jack Smith filed a notice alerting the Court of Appeals to mean voicemails being left for New York court staff in hopes they will continue to gag Trump. The Former President, meanwhile, exercised his Constitutionally-protected free speech and slammed Judge Engoron and his Principal Law Clerk GreenField on Truth Social. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Too Much Free Speech?

You would think the politicians who swore an oath to defend and protect the Constitution should have at least some basic idea of what it’s all about.

“Right Angle’ co-host Stephen Green says both parties are coming after our First Amendment rights to  free speech. He joins colleagues Bill Whittle and Scott to debate the issue.

A Day Of Remembrance

And We Know opens its latest video with a remembrance of John F. Kennedy, the American president murdered by the dirty cabal under the marching orders of the CIA on Nov. 22, 1963. Kennedy warned of the dangers of censorship and the threats to our free speech.

His warnings are even more relevant today, with the CIA,  FBI and the rest of the Deep State continuing to seize control of the federal government while suppressing the voice of Americans.

Bear in mind: Difficult truths are only the tip of the iceberg. In today’s episode: The George Soros-funded outfit Media Matters is in serious trouble. And free speech is under serious attack as we witness a corrupt judiciary trying to silence former President Donald Trump.

Is First Amendment Done?

Tucker Carlson details the surreal story of Doug Mackey, who was indicted, convicted and spent seven months in prison for making fun of Hillary Clinton on social media during the 2016 election.

Carlson says the case revolved around Mackey’s posted memes on Twitter, making fun of Clinton. A few years later, after Joe Biden was inaugurated, 10 FBI agents raided his home at 7 a.m. while he was sleeping, handcuffed him and hauled him off to jail with advising him of the charges. He was convicted and sentenced last month. Mackey says it was a shocking turn of events, to say the least. Here’s his story with Tucker On X.
