Of all the agencies inside USAIDS, few were as repugnant or as malicious as OTI, the Office of Transitions Initiatives. This is the office, run by Fulbright Scholar no less, that organized a full-fledged goon squad of 300+ censors to try to stamp out conservative thinkers, blogs and websites. This is the group that barked out orders to YouTube, Twitter and Facebook to throttle opposition to the Democrats and their leftist malarkey.
