Virginia Files Voter Rolls Appeal

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that the state of Virginia has filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the Biden-Harris Administration’s blatant election interference to keep noncitizens on the state’s voting rolls.

The emergency motion before the land’s highest court seeks to remove around 6,000 people from the voter rolls, who may be lawful residents, but checked the box that they are not legal citizens of the U.S. The Official ACLJ legal team is also expected to file briefs in the case. Sekulow elaborates, plus discusses the dueling rallies in the presidential campaign and the latest polls.

Court Rejects Voter Clean-Up

Judge Tanya Chutkan approved another release against former President Donald Trump as her election interference enters the final hour.

A federal Judge rejected an effort to clean up 225,000 problematic voter registrations in North Carolina.

Jack’s October Surprise

Illegitimate Prosecutor Jack Smith published his 165-page brief on the public docket as a last ditch effort to hurt former President Donald Trump before the election.

The new “evidence” becomes public despite prior warnings from both Judge Tanya Chutkan and Jack Smith that pre-trial publicity would jeopardize the “fair administration of justice” in the case.
