As the dust settles following the dramatic conclusion of the Trump hush-money trial in New York, Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld offers some sage advice: “The verdict is in, don’t let the bastards win!”
Gutfeld says there’s nothing like dramatic events to put your life in focus, so what’s next for Trump and for you. He says anger and frustration are only negatives if you don’t channel it into constructive energy.
“We are entering the third act of a very important movie,” he says. “And like any movie where it looks like the good guys are in trouble, the protagonists don’t retreat and run off to a bar. The fight begins with you. You are the protagonist in this movie.” Here’s more.
We don’t watch Fox News anymore, not since they fired Tucker Carlson. But every once in a while, Fox News still apparently does something right. Usually it’s Greg Gutfeld that strikes an honest chord, but Jesse Watters also does on occasion.
Here, Watters sends a reporter to approach the U.S. Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, to ask him why he blocked Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tennessee, on her request asking the FBI to release the Jeffrey Epstein flight logs. The FBI should have released these logs years ago. After all, it’s supposed to be a law enforcement agency. Protecting a bunch of rich pedophiles isn’t exactly part of the agency’s mission.
So Durbin, you’re a douchebag. Your party doesn’t stand for justice or equality. You’re simply operating a pedophile-protection racket.
CNN means business in battling Fox and Greg Gutfeld in the late-night comedy business. CNN’s not-so-secret weapon: Bill Maher.
His popular late-night Friday show will be moving over to CNN from HBO. Discovery, the parent company of HBO, also owns CNN, so it approved the transfer.
