Addiction To Smart Phones

“If your kids went through puberty on a smartphone with social media, they came out different than human beings before” says Jonathan Haidt, author of the bestseller The Anxious Generation.

Kids are addicted to smartphones. Childhood is now phone-based instead of play-based, resulting in anxious and depressed kids.

“They know that life would be better if they didn’t spend five or six hours a day on social media. They know that, but they can’t help it” says Haidt.

Not all researcher agree. I challenge Haidt with the criticism.

Haidt responds in our full interview, and lays out his best advice to protect kids from smartphones. Here’s more from John Stossel.

Gleeful Democrats Get Canned

Democrats are getting fired and cancelled across the nation as the leftist fanatics take to social media to express their ecstatic glee over the murder of Charlie Kirk. The leftists are discovering: The vast majority of Americans disapprove of such shameless celebration of cold-blooded murder.

Those major college institutes and even fake news outlets are calling the goons to task. Some are being fired outright. Others sanctioned in less severe ways. Among the worst of the outlets involved: MSNBC, TMZ and the hideous dogshit comedy South Park. Here’s more from Steve Turley.

How Do They Manipulate You?

Military whistleblower Patrick Bergy rejoins the program to expose the social-media psyops he says were deployed against foreign targets worldwide—and how those same playbooks were turned inward in 2016, 2020, and beyond.

Drawing on his firsthand experience, Bergy breaks down the tactics, tools and signatures of coordinated influence operations and shows you how to spot them in real time. We also discuss how to recognize an operative—or someone being used as one—often a vulnerable or mentally unstable individual manipulated to incite chaos or disrupt a movement. Here’s more from Sarah Westall on Business Game Changers.

Is Your Kid An Addict?

Do smartphones and social media wreck kids’ lives?

“Anxiety, depression, self-harm levels were pretty stable from the late 90s through 2010,” says psychologist Jonathan Haidt, author of The Anxious Generation. “All of a sudden, the rates go up. Way up.”

But are phones the cause? I examine both sides in my newest video. Here’s more from John Stossel.

Gasping BlueSky: Last Croak?

Blue Sky — the left-wing “Twitter killer” — is collapsing faster than a vegan at a BBQ. Daily users are tanking, block lists are out of control, and even Mark Hamill can’t survive the woke firing squad.

From absurd “starter packs” that auto-label you a fascist, to people bragging about blocking millions, it’s pure echo chamber carnage. Grab your popcorn. LET’S GO!! Here’s more from Bearing.

Destruction Of The Old Guard

Do you really believe nothing is being done? The next phase brings justice. It will be public. It will be open. It will be known.

Disinformation is necessary. Misinformation is necessary. This information will bring the Great Awakening to life.

The last eight was done under darkness in secrecy. The next four will be given acknowledgement on televised announcements.

The dead are alive. But they shall be dead. NO DEALS! AMERICA WILL NEVER BE DIVIDED AGAIN! Remember, treason doesn’t pay well in the end. Here’s more from And We Know.

Democrats’ Entitlement Problem

State Department employees discover what every normie working a job has always known – layoffs come with the territory. Elmo goes full Kanye on Twitter, but Bridget Phetasy sees it as a white pill moment. Here’s her latest Dumpster Fire.

The Fake AI Music Scene

Fake AI stories about Jesus and AI music like The Velvet Sundown are fooling everyone.

Every day, AI is becoming increasingly sophisticated, blurring the lines on social media between what is real and what is AI-generated. Millions of people share articles, music, stories, photos, and posts, unaware that much of this is AI-generated content.

News articles, TikTok shorts, YouTube videos, and even a band called The Velvet Sundown, which fooled Spotify with over a million listeners, turned out to be AI-generated creations, complete with promotional photos and a biography.

Join Ben Chasteen and Rob Counts on the Edge of Wonder live show as they present both real and AI-generated content and share how you can analyze it for yourself.

CEO Of X Calls It Quits

Linda Yaccarino, the CEO of the social media platform X, has resigned. The resignation follows a bizarre incident in which the AI operation of X — Grok — broke out like a neo-Nazi with an anti-Semitic rant.

Is Yaccarino’s departure linked to Grok,  or is she leaving after months of strain and sliding stock prices after all of Elon Musk’s political overtures?

Here, Tim Pool and his trusty sidekicks discuss the story on TimcastIRL.

YouTube Doesn’t Want You

YouTube doesn’t want you — anymore. The platform launched as vehicle for you to post videos of your pets, your kids, your neighborhood.

But now, increasingly, YouTube is being driven by new outlets, many of them news networks formerly on cable TV.

Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and other cable networks now have become more dominant on YouTube. Here, to discuss the shifting algorithms,  are Neon and Geeky Sparkles from Clownfish TV.
