A Call To Action

Alfie Oakes has had enough. The Naples, Fla., resident has issued a call to action to all small business owners across America to reopen their stores on March 1 in defiance of all lockdown orders.

Oakes, who came under fire from the mainstream media recently for making masks optional at his Seeds to Table Supermarket, calls his initiative Bold Business Owners for Liberty and hopes to send a stern message to Washington that America is waking up and espousing their God-given Constitutional rights. “The 435 people in Washington, D.C. (Congress), they don’t have any more rights than we do. They’re not dictators,” Oakes says. “We going to take back our country.” He says the initiative is putting a legal team together and emphasizes,  “If we all come together on March 1, thousands of us, they won’t be able to stop us.”

Limbaugh Was One Of A Kind

The more you listened to the conservative prose of Rush Limbaugh, the more you were proud to be an American. He had that special, albeit brash, aura about him that exuded confidence, control. It was evident in his daily radio show intro, following the theme song, which was an instrumental version of “My City is Gone,” by The Pretenders. Rush would begin each show with, “Firmly ensconced behind the Golden EIB Microphone in the prestigious Attila the Hun Chair at the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies.” EIB was an acronym for excellence in broadcasting.

Limbaugh was one of a kind. He was not only the godfather of conservative talk radio, but probably talk radio in general. He educated generations from all ilks of life on the values of faith and family, touting the virtues of small government, liberty and the Constitution. He was there to thwart assaults on the first and second amendments, and to spread the evil of onerous taxation and frivolous spending.

To take in an episode of Limbaugh’s daily show was akin to the gratification you get from reading a fine novel or watching one of the film classics. Interspersed in his daily discourse were his popular Rushisms. Following many a commercial break, he would launch his next segment with, “I’m your host Rush Limbaugh, with half my brain tied behind my back just to make it fair.” Or he would refer to himself as “Talent on loan from God.” He often qualified his comments by saying, “When I talk about myself it’s satirical.”

When quoting public figures, he often would attempt to impersonate them the best he could, such as President Clinton’s southern drawl or President Obama’s choppy delivery. He sometimes called himself El Rushbo, The Fourth Branch of Government and A Weapon of Mass Instruction. Love him or hate him, he commanded much respect behind the EIB mic. The world has lost an icon and he will be missed. RIP dear patriot.

In the following video, President Trump breaks his self-imposed silence and reacts to Limbaugh’s death on Fox News.

Trump Acquittal Inevitable

It sounds like people across the political spectrum admit and concede that next week’s sham impeachment trial of President Trump will ultimately end in an acquittal, but the corrupt Democrat Party, with the aid of the mainstream media, is proceeding with the show only to gain political points.

Rep. Jim Jordan tells Fox News’ Shannon Bream that the Democrats are obsessed with destroying Trump and have been since he took office, but their tactics are doomed for failure. “They’re not going to prevail, because there are strong arguments for the President,” Jordan says. He points to the Constitutional argument that you can’t remove a President that’s already gone, as evidenced by Chief Justice John Roberts’ refusal to preside over the trial because Trump has already left office. Then there’s the question of due process: there were no depositions, no witnesses, no hearings, no cross examinations. In other words, case closed.

Jordan and Bream also discuss the growing concern for the GOP over Rep. Liz Cheney’s impeachment vote and the Democrats’ attempt to censor Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, and remove her from committee assignments over what they deem “disturbing” social media posts.

How To Drain The Swamp

How exactly do you go about draining The Swamp? First off, says Liz Wheeler, you can’t successfully drain The Swamp, unless you know where it came from.

The former One America News anchor defines The Swamp, or Deep State, as the Administrative State, composed of government employees and officials in agencies of the Executive Branch of federal government, who are not elected, not appointed, have no accountability to voters, are nearly impossible to fire, yet have the power to impose rules and regulations on we the people.

So how did the Deep State get so entrenched in our government? Short answer: Blame the progressives. They attacked our constitutional government’s enshrined view of limited government, beginning with President Woodrow Wilson and his radical ideas, followed by FDR’s  progressive New Deal and President Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society, all which damaged the separation of powers envisioned by our founding fathers and empowered Swamp creatures to rule behind the backs of our elected officials.

Wheeler says firing these leaches won’t solve the problem and neither will one President. The answer to fixing the fundamental problem requires the Legislative Branch to stop delegating power to executive agencies and for the judiciary to reject the Administrative State on a Constitutional basis. Problem is, members of Congress–both Democrats and Republicans–don’t want to drain The Swamp. Here’s more with Wheeler.

Biden’s Assault On The Republic

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has duly warned President Biden that if he signs unconstitutional laws passed by Congress, it is our duty to challenge them in court. He was quickly joined by attorneys general from Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Montana and Texas in signing a six-page letter to the President.

The letter charges Biden of cutting Constitutional corners by signing more than 40 executive orders to date, adding that overreaching and defying Congress will not be rewarded or succeed and only amounts to tyranny against we the people. “He doesn’t care,” says Martin Brodel of Biden. “They control the courts, so he can care less.” Brodel also reports on freshman Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s challenges of Biden’s decision to rejoin the Paris Accord, his mask mandate and funding of the World Health Organization, plans to vaccinate terrorists at Guantanamo Bay and the Black Lives Matter nomination for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Packing The Supreme Court

Holding true to Democrat Party threats to disrupt the justice system in the United States, Team Biden launched a commission to study packing the Supreme Court. This in light of President’s Trump’s unprecedented three appointees to the nation’s highest court, which pushed the conservative majority to 6-3.

The corrupt Democrats, unwilling to play by the rules and adhere to the Constitution, will more than likely “pack” SCOTUS by increasing the bench from nine members to as many as an outrageous 15 to ensure a liberal majority for many years to come.

The party of deceit has already started assembling the commission, beginning with chairman  Bob Bauer, who previously served as Biden’s campaign attorney and who served in the Obama Administration. Bauer, an uber Leftist, has admitted he only works for Democrats and liberals. And there’s more. He is lobbying for term limits on federal judges, which are lifetime appointments.

Hmm, a partisan chair who only works for his ilk and favors term limits for judges … kind of gives you a clear picture of what this bozo has in mind. In this edition of Sekulow Live, former Trump legal team attorney Jay Sekulow and his son, Jordan, dig into the ramifications of the looney commission.

Voter Fraud Case To SCOTUS

Following a major setback in Congress on Jan. 6, when Congress failed to do the right thing and decertify false electors from five major swing states, it’s on to Plan B and the Supreme Court for Team Trump. Riss Flex reports that SCOTUS has established Jan. 22 as the final court date for Trump to present evidence of voter fraud.

Why will this unfold two days after the alleged Biden inauguration on Jan. 20? The general consensus is SCOTUS did not want it appear they were puppets of the President. “Do you feel the crazy start to boil in the air?” Flex asks. “Half of America wanted to hear the results from that Supreme Court ruling before the inauguration. And they better treat their response to the court hearing as equally as they would have if it was before the inauguration.”

Flex also says the impending dysfunction in America is more evident than ever before. Plans are unfolding to disband the Electoral College, to disarm our citizens and to silence free speech. There’s no doubt our Constitution is under attack, she says. Flex also reports on the execution of Lisa Montgomery, more voter fraud arrests in Texas and explains President Trump’s federal directive to Congress, enabling him to designate and empower some department heads to perform certain duties.

Another Sheriff Says No

The Bernalillo County Sheriff in New Mexico is saying no to the Draconian lockdown measures imposed by Gov. Michelle Lujan-Grisham. Sheriff Manuel Gonzales, who presides over the state’s largest county, anchored by Albuquerque, its most populous city, said in a prepared statement that the Land of Enchantment has experienced some of the most restrictive measures that has significantly impacted New Mexicans’ livelihood, health and well-being.

In light of Bernalillo County residents characterizing the measures as oppressive lockdown mandates and in the vein of protecting the civil rights of New Mexicans, Gonzales says, “Over-reaching restrictions will only hurt our community and for that reason we will not follow along with any orders to subvert our constitutional rights.” Kudos to Gonzales, another stalwart in the growing list of patriots choosing to follow our Constitution, while sidestepping the power-grabbing, and many say treasonous, antics of the Left and their kowtowing minions, such as Grisham.

World Alternative Media’s Josh Sigurdson, who’s traveled through 32 states during this COVID-tarnished 2020, concurs that New Mexico’s response to the fake pandemic is one of the most oppressive. “This isn’t about government, it’s about people as individuals making their own decisions,” he says. “Who in their right mind would enforce such a thing–only a tyrannical piece of garbage.” Tune in to hear the rest of Sigurdson’s rant.

The Tale Of Two Emails

Early last week, the White House emailed staffers instructions on how to clear out their offices in light of the fake Presidential election results. However, the following day they received another email to stand down, adding that urgent information would soon follow.

What did follow was a tweet from Trump Legal Team member Jenna Ellis that said the President will not be imposing martial law and redoing the entire election. “We have a a constitutional process for the Electoral College and remedies for corrupted elections,” she said. She further explained in another tweet that the Trump Administration’s hopes lie with state legislators, who do not need a court order to move forward, since they are specifically granted plenary authority by the Constitution. Here’s more from Riss Flex.

One In A Quadrillion

More than a month has passed since the general election and officials are still finding votes in Georgia. And the allegations of massive voter fraud in other swing states are huge, making the lawsuit filed by the state of Texas–and joined by 17 additional states–against the shenanigans in Pennsylvania that much more critical. Says White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, “That case–Texas v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania–is the single most important document of the 2020 election. As this case says, either the Constitution matters, or this is just another piece of parchment in the National Archives.”

The election anomalies were many. Biden received an impossible 15 million more votes than Barack Obama, despite being outperformed by President Trump in the minority sectors of every major city, with the exception of conveniently and suspiciously overperforming in Detroit, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Atlanta and Las Vegas. The Texas lawsuit takes a deep look at these anomalies, including Biden trailing Trump in these cities by massive amounts at 3 a.m. on election night. When morning came, Biden was leading in all five cities. McEnany posited that the chances of this happening on election night in one state are one in one quadrillion. The odds of it occurring in all five states, where he was so far behind, is one in one quadrillion to the fourth power. Here’s more with McEnany on “Hannity.”
